We are proud to offer free North American Shipping. All orders over $100 with a shipping address in North America will receive economy shipping at no additional charge!
In a hurry? For your convenience, a priority option for next-business-day shipping is also available at checkout for orders shipping within North America.

online returns & exchanges
We want you to love—and we mean really love—your lingerie. It's that simple. If your order doesn't fit or maybe you just aren't feeling it—that’s totally fine! Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
What items can be returned?
We accept returns or exchanges on items that:
- have all their original tags attached and hygienic adhesive liners if applicable.
- that have not been worn. Please ensure that bodysuits, panties, and bathing suits are tried on over your own underwear.
- haven’t been altered, washed or damaged. Before trying on items, please remove any jewelry that could damage the garment. Also, beware of lotion or fragrances that may impact the item(s).
- are in their original packaging, if applicable.
- were purchased in the last 14 days.
Non-returnable items include: hosiery, accessories, boxed sets (e.g. Boite a Desir), adhesive accessories, masks, product care, gift cards (which are also not redeemable for cash) and items that were on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return an item/purchase?
We’ve made returns easy in just a few steps.
1- Send us an email at email@example.com including the following information:
- Order number
- Item you would like to return or exchange
- Reason for the return (wrong size, etc.)
2- We will review your request and provide you with a return Merchandise
(RMA) as well as a pre-paid return label if you are located in North America.
3- If you can, utilize the original packaging for your return s'il vous plaît.
Your return is nearly complete! Once we receive it, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be finalized and posted. We'll send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- The refund amount will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees and any duties (or customs tariffs) paid upon receipt.
- There is often a processing time from your bank before a refund is posted.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in store.
- Items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged will be returned to the sender at the expense of the purchaser.
- Brava Boutique will not be held accountable for lost packages.
How long to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be finalized and posted. We'll send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. There is often a processing time from your bank before a refund is posted.
How do I exchange an item?
Need a different size? Decide you prefer a bikini to a thong? Maybe you wish you would have gone for it in ruby red instead of onyx. We’re here to help.
Please create a new order for the items you want instead. This will give you a faster turnaround and ensure that the size, style or color you want doesn't sell out.
Once your returned package is received by us, you will get a refund for your original order within 10 business days.
