Never wear your bra more than twice between washings, as the elastic needs to recover after a day of wear.
wash
Hand wash bras in delicate detergent specially formulated for bras and fine lingerie, and never wring them out. Machine washing can destroy fibers and elasticity. Always air dry.

Have at least three bras on hand: one to wear, one to wash, and another to alternate. Ideally keep seven, so you can go a week without having to wash them.
